AlterG NEO+ Anti Gravity Treadmill

The AlterG NEO+ Anti‑Gravity Treadmill is a specialist rehabilitation and performance machine designed to let people walk or run with dramatically reduced impact on their joints. It uses differential air‑pressure technology—originally developed by NASA—to create a precise lifting force around the lower body, effectively reducing body weight while maintaining natural gait mechanics.

Typical Uses

  • Orthopaedic rehabilitation (post‑surgery, fractures, joint replacements)

  • Neurological rehabilitation (stroke, MS, Parkinson’s, CP)

  • Weight‑bearing progression after injury

  • Gait retraining and fall‑risk reduction

  • Athletic conditioning with reduced impact

  • Safe cardiovascular exercise for people with chronic pain or limited mobility

NuStep

The NuStep is a recumbent cross trainer designed to give both arms and legs a full workout, building the body’s strength, cardio and endurance. Using the NuStep regularly can help reduce hospitalizations, improve recovery outcomes, and enhance overall health and quality of life.

SCIFit

The SCIFit is a versatile rehabilitation tool that offers a full-body workout. It combines an upper body exerciser with a lower body recumbent bike, providing a comprehensive solution for total body exercise and rehabilitation.

Total Gym

The Total Gym consists of a sliding board and pulley system which utilizes your body weight and gravity to provide resistance for a variety of exercises. The Total Gym allows you to transition from one exercise to the next, making it ideal for circuit training. There are no weights to add or remove between exercises.

Standing Frame

Standing in a standing frame is a way to decrease the risk of complications that can result from prolonged use of a wheelchair or from immobilization. The benefits of standing are well documented and recognised. Most NHS Trust web-pages state that the benefits of standing include increased bone density, improved circulation, muscle tone and posture. Standing stretches leg and back muscles, promoting better joint alignment. Maintaining joint range of motion helps prevent painful joints later in life. Standing is also known to offer some people with disabilities better bladder and bowel functions, improved self-esteem, and a greater overall sense of well-being.

Syrebo Rehabilitation gloves

The Syrebo rehabilitation gloves utilize soft robotic exoskeleton technology, which combines passive and active integration training helping patients re-learn through exercise. This technology covers the full circle of rehabilitation stages, making it effective for various training modes including passive flexion and extension training, mirror training, functional training, assistive training and resistance training. Using the Syrebo gloves regularly promotes brain injury recovery, improves hand activity ability, and restores daily living activities.
